Pickups are minor items that can be found throughout the game. Community Remix adds new pickups for you to find and utilize throughout your basement journey!

Lost Cards

Cards are items that have a wide variety of effects when used. They take up the same spot as a Rune or a Pill.
Community Remix adds 12 new cards. Many of which are from the original community remix flash mod.
